General
As soon you have more than 5 people, you're bound to run into situations where someone doesn't behave the way you expect or think they should. This page is a work in progress of our procedures for reporting and handling problems.
Initiates
If your problem is with an initiate, the first person you should speak with is their mentor, either via a /tell in the Game or by sending them an in-game message. You can find their mentor's name usually in their "public note" in the guild pane of WoW or consult our internal list. If the problem persists, please send an e-mail with details of your grievance/problem (don't forget to include your game name – we likely won't recognize your e-mail address) to problems AT wowkindness DOT com E-mail sent to that address is automatically forwarded to all the guild officers.
Members/Veterans/GIS Agents
If your problem is with a full member, a veteran, or a GIS agent, please officially notify all the guild officers. At the moment, this needs to be via e-mail. Send an e-mail with details of your grievance/problem (don't forget to include your game name – we likely won't recognize your e-mail address) to problems AT wowkindness DOT com. E-mail sent to that address is automatically forwarded to all the guild officers.
Officers
If your problem is with one of the guild officers, then please e-mail elsh AT wowkindness DOT com, the Guild Mistress.
What Happens Next
Problems will usually be investigated by talking to the involved parties. The result of the investigation might be: nothing, mediation, probation, or expulsion from the Guild. This will obviously vary depending on what exactly the problem is and any known previous history.
